E’ l’anno 2012. I chip RFID impiantati nelle braccia di
ognuno hanno reso la vita trasparente. Ogni aspetto della
vita sociale è controllato dalla AETAS. Gabriel, un
impiegato della AETAS, rimane intrappolato nel sistema di
sorveglianza dopo che sua nonna si è suicidata. I confini
tra percezione e “realtà” cominciano a confondersi.
Marcus Overbeck è nato a
Essen nel 1980. Ha studiato alla Academy of Media Arts di
Colonia dal 2002 al 2008. Attualmente lavora come regista e
produttore di lungometraggi, video musicali e video
aziendali ( per la UN di New York). inoltre si è occupato di
produzione musicale e ha lavorato come tecnico del suono per
oltre dieci anni. 2012 è la sua tesi di laurea. Die

The year is 2012. The RFID chips implanted in everyone’s
arms have made life transparent. Every area of social life
is controlled by the conglomerate company AETAS. Gabriel, a
subordinate employee of AETAS, becomes trapped in a system
of surveillance after his grandmother commits suicide and
the boundaries between perception and (staged) reality begin
to blur into confusion…
Marcus Overbeck was born
in Essen in 1980. He studied at the Academy of Media Arts in
Cologne between in 2002 amd 2008 and now works as a director
and producer of feature films, music videos and corporate
videos ( for the UN in New York ). Alongside this, he has
been involved in music production and sound design for over
ten years. 2012 is his thesis film. Die Galerie

fotografica. Nel 1997 entra a Sogecine, dove ricopre il
ruolo di coordinatore di produzione e direttore sviluppo
sceneggiature. Lascia la compagnia nel 2005 per dedicarsi a
vari progetti, tra i quali Contracuerpo, il suo primo
cortometraggio.

was born in Madrid in 1971, of a Spanish father and an
American mother. He studied fine arts and filmmaking in New

started exhibiting his artwork. From 1997 to 2004 he worked
at one of Spain’s leading production companies, Sogecine.He
left Sogecine in 2005 to continue his writing and directing
career. Contracuerpo (2005) is his first 35mm short
film.

Forvarsel è la storia di un trauma personale e di visioni
oniriche, raccontata utilizzando due livelli temporali. Leha
ha nove anni quando sua madre scompare e lei si avventura
nella foresta per cercarla. Lì scopre qualcosa di orribile
che la fa cadere in coma. Vent’anni dopo Leha lavora in un
negozio di fotografia dove ruba immagini che ritraggono
situazioni familiari e le colleziona. Si sente ancora
attratta dal bosco e un giorno decide di scoprire cos’è
accaduto vent’anni prima…
Therese Jacobsen sin dal
1993 ha lavorato, in coppia con Erik Vang, a cortometraggi
sperimentali pensati per il grande schermo, grazie ai quali
ha ricevuto riconoscimenti in Norvegia e all’estero. il
cortometraggio iNSIDEouT ha vinto il Terje Vigen
Award e il Premio della Critica al Norwegian Short Film
Festival di Grimstad nel 2000. Nel 2002, sempre al Norwegian
Short Film Festival, PeelOff ha ricevuto il Premio Speciale
della Giuria mentre nel 2003 Fear LESS ha vinto

Forvarsel is a story about Leha, told in two levels of time.
It's a story about personal trauma and dreamlike visions. We
meet Leha when she's about nine years old, her mother has
disappeared, and Leha sets out in the forest to look for her.
She discovers something horrible and falls in to a coma. We
then met Leha 20 years later. She works in a photo shop,
collecting pictures of families that she steals from work.
But she is drawn to the woods and once again she sets out to
find out what happened twenty years ago.
Therese Jacobsen has
worked with experimental short films intended for the big
screen in the artistic fellowship with Erik Vang since 1993.
Their films have been recognised in Norway as well as abroad.
Their short iNSIDEouT (2000) won the Terje Vigen
Award and the Critics Award at the Norwegian Short Film
Festival in Grimstad in 2000. Jacobsen's PeelOFF (2002)
received the Special Prize of the Jury at the same festival
in 2002, while Fear LESS (2003) received the Film
Critics' Award and the Jameson Short Film Award at the
festival in 2003.

Dopo una guerra nucleare il mondo è completamente distrutto.
I pochi sopravvissuti che vivono in bunker sotto terra, non
vedono la luce del sole da molti anni. Tuttavia da un po’ di
tempo i superstiti sono minacciati da una strana malattia
che li uccide uno dopo l’altro. I sensori del bunker hanno
scoperto un’energia molto forte che potrebbe essere la causa
dell’epidemia, quindi due di loro vanno in missione per
capire cosa sta succedendo. Con la poca energia rimasta, i
due raggiungono faticosamente l’epicentro dell’energia, ma
quello che trovano va oltre le loro aspettative.
Christoph Heimer è nato
nel 1987. A 12 anni scopre la sua passione per il cinema e
comincia a girare con i suoi amici dei fan film di Star Wars.
Quasi subito l’hobby si trasforma in ossessione così un anno
dopo la fine delle scuole superiori si iscrive alla
Filmakademie Baden-Wurttemberg. All’università studia regia

After a nuclear war, the world is in general destruction.
The few survivors, who live in bunkers under the earth,
haven’t seen the sunlight for many years. However, since a
while, these poor humans are threatened by a queer disease,
which is killing one human after the next. The sensors of
the bunker have discovered a very strong field of energy far
east. It is assumed that this is possibly the source of all
malignance. Two of the few humans are send out to get to the
bottom of the matter. With the last resource of energy left,
they are fighting their way to the epicentre of the energy.
But what they find, is against all their expectations.
Christoph Heimer was
born in 1987 and discovered at the age of 12 his passion for
making movies when he started to shoot his first Star Wars
fanfilms with his friends. Soon, the hobby grew to an
obsession so he began to study at the Filmakademie
Baden-Wurttemberg just one year after finishing college. At
the university he his learning directing since 2007.

Ritratto di Massimo Corbucci, il fisico che ha trovato dio
guardando nell’abisso dell’atomo. Dal 1976 Massimo Corbucci
lavora alla teoria del Vuoto Quantomeccanico, ipotesi
affascinante che spiegherebbe la nascita della materia. Il
VQ porterebbe il mondo scientifico a rivedere il “Modello
Standard” , spingendo la conoscenza della fisica verso nuovi
orizzonti fino ad ora dominio della spiritualità. Qui il
pensiero si rivela uno strumento potentissimo, forse l’unico
in grado di avvicinare l’uomo alla conoscenza di ciò che
ancora ignora. Il Vuoto Quantomeccanico è oggi l’unica
ipotesi alternativa alla teoria del Bosone di Higgs, anche
noto come la “particella di dio”.
Con il VQ Corbucci propone una visione rivoluzionaria della
realtà e delle leggi che la governano.

A portrait of Massimo Corbucci, the physicist who found god
looking in the atom’s abyss. Since 1976 Massimo Corbucci has
been trying to answer such fundamental questions still
unanswered by modern Physics. The QMV theory would impose to
the scientific community to review the Standard Model,
pushing Physics knowledge towards new horizons, exploring
what has been only of spiritual domain, where our thought is
the only tool we have to learn and experience what we still
don't know. Discovering the "Quantum-Mechanical Vacuum (QMV)",
Dr. Corbucci presents the only alternative theory to the
Higgs' Boson, or the so called "God's Particle", giving a
whole new vision of reality and and its laws.
LOGO VIDEO is an
independent group of videmakers based in Milan. Founded in
2001 by Francesco Villa, Claudio Cecconi and Daniel Arvizu,
it became a cultural association in 2009, enriched by the
collaboration of Titta Cosetta Raccagni and Gigi Giustiniani.The
group makes documentaries, short films, commercials,
institutional videos for companies, contributions for
theatre, photo exhibitions, workshops and video labs,

short film, A Backbone Tale wich was featured in over

in 1972, is one of the most celebrated young actors in
Norway and has earned numerous awards and wide critical
acclaim through the course of his career. Amongst these are
the National Film award Amanda for Best Actor in the feature
film ‘Next Door’ and ‘Best Norwegian actor of all time’ at
the Bergen International Filmfestival, the Golden Swan as
Best Actor for Falling Sky at the Copenhagen Film Festival.
He was selected as the Norwegian ‘Shooting Star’ at the
Berlinale Film Festival in 2003. Tørt og kjølig is

Silvia, tassista romana di trentacinque anni, è una donna
vivace, spiritosa e indipendente. Ciononostante, o forse
proprio per questo, non ha ancora trovato l’anima gemella:
tutti gli uomini che frequenta, infatti, presto o tardi si
rivelano una delusione, e a nulla valgono i tentativi della
sua amica Paola di accasarla. Un giorno Silvia s’imbatte per
caso nella Dreamlove, una strana agenzia, unica nel suo
genere, che consente ai proprio clienti di vivere in sogno
la storia d’amore perfetta. Silvia cede alla tentazione di
sperimentare questa love story onirica ma presto il sogno si
trasforma in un incubo senza via d’uscita.
Alessandro Capitani,
Orbetello, 1980. Si è laureato presso la facoltà di Lettere
e Filosofia di Bologna. Ha esordito nel mondo del cinema
come autore indipendente, ricevendo riconoscimenti in Italia
e all’estero. Nel 2009 si diploma presso il Centro
Sperimentale di Cinematografia con i cortometraggi
L’occasione e L’uomo dei sogni, entrambi
coprodotti da Rai Cinema.
Alberto Mascia si laurea
in Scienze delle Comunicazioni nel 2006 all’Università di
Padova, nel 2009 si diploma in regia presso il Centro
Sperimentale di Cinematografia.

Silvia, a thirty-five years old cab driver in Rome, is a
bright, cheerful and indipendent woman.
In spite or perhaps because of this, she has yet to find her
true soul-mate: all men she goes out with sooner or later
turn out to be disappointment, and all the attempts to her
friend Paola to make her settle down always come to nothing.
One day Silvia, seemingly by chance, comes across Dreamlove,
a strange one-of-a-kind agency that allows its customers to
live the perfect love story in their dreams. Silvia succumbs
to the temptation to try out this oniric love story, but the
dreams soon turns into a nightmare without means of escape.
Alessandro Capitani,
Orbetello, 1980. In 2004 he graduated at the Faculty of Arts
in Bologna. He debuted in the world of cinema as a
independent author receiving awards in Italy and abroad.
In 2006 has admitted at the Centro Sperimentale di
Cinematografia and he graduated in 2009 with the short film
L’occasione (The chance).
Alberto Mascia is
graduated in Comunication in 2006 at the Padova’s University,
in 2009 is graduated il directing at the Centro Sperimentale

Vivid dreams è un tributo ad Arthur C. Clarke, autore di
fantascienza, sceneggiatore di 2001: odissea nello spazio
nonché inventore dell’orbita geostazionaria per i satelliti.
Il film racconta l’avventuroso viaggio del regista in
Sri-Lanka, il Paese dove Clarke ha vissuto gran parte della
sua vita. Dopo una lunga attesa, passata ad esplorare il
Paese e a scoprire aspetti della vita e del lavoro di
Clarke, al regista viene finalmente concessa la possibilità
di incontrarlo e di raccoglierne così le ultime memorie sul
letto di morte.
Stefano Rebechi, Roma,
1967. Regista e produttore indipendente ha realizzato
documentari e reportage per la Rai, La7, vari canali
satellitari (Cult, Rai, Edu, Sky, Rai Sat), documentari
industriali. Ha lavorato come video artista e ha creato
video installazioni, show multimediali e performance. Ha
tenuto un corso di regia di documentari presso il
dipartimento di Scienza e Comunicazione dell’università La
Sapienza di Roma e fino al 2002 ha insegnato teoria di
montaggio presso IED (European Institute of Design).

Vivid dreams is a tribute to Arthur C. Clarke,
science-fiction writer, screen-writer of 2001: A Space
Odissey and inventor of satellites in geostationary orbit.
The film tells the adventurous travel of an Italian film
director to Sri Lanka, where Clarke lived, in an attempt to
speak to him. After a long wait, spent wandering around the
country and discovering aspects of Clarke’s life and work,
the director is finally allowed to meet him, and gather the
final public statement of an old and wise man on his death
bed. The words he speaks about the meaning of life,
immortality and the future of humanity will be his last.
Stefano Rebechi, Rome,
1967. Indipendent director and producer, has created
documentaries and reportages for the Rai channels, La7,
various satellite channels (Cult, Rai Edu, Sky, Rai Sat),
advertisements, and industrial documentaries. He has worked
as a video artist and has created video installation,
multimedia shows and live performances. In the department of
Science and Communication at La Sapienza University in Rome,
Stefano Taught a course in documentary’s direction, and
since 2002 he has been teaching theory of editing for IED,
European Institute of Design, in Rome.

Tim Cawley comes from an
advertising background where he’s written and produced
hundreds of commercials for agencies in Minneapolis, Chicago
and Boston. In the process, he’s had the good fortune to
work alongside such distinguished filmmakers as Zach Braff
(Garden State), Alan Hugues (Menace2Society, From Hell, Book
of Eli), Craig Gillespie (Lars and the Real Girl), and
cinematographer Elliot Davis (Out of Sight).
In 2008, Tim completed Well-Founded Concerns wich he

Il famoso attore Thomas van Boys prende una camera in
albergo, prenota una escort, controlla la posta elettronica,
fa una doccia e si rade…Poi accende la tv, che mostra
l’interno della sua stanza tramite una telecamera nascosta.
L’“Occhio” comincia a giocare con lui come il gatto col topo
attraverso uno specchio che gli lascia intravedere gli
abissi della sua anima.
Nick Sentenza è nel 1978 a
Waiblingen, vicino a Stoccarda. Nel 2001-2002 ha organizzato
il Stuttgarter Filmwinter 2002 (un festival internazionale
di cortometraggi). Dal 2002 lavora in campo cinematografico
con differenti ruoli (elettricista, assistente alla regia,
macchinista). Dal 2001 ha scritto e diretto alcuni
cortometraggi e ha lavorato come sceneggiatore per alcuni
film. Dal 2003 insegna recitazione cinematografica. Nel 2005
fonda la casa di produzione Neue Filme GbR e nel 2007
realizza Background, il suo primo lungometraggio

The famous actor, Thomas van Boys, checks into a hotel.
He orders a call girl, opens his mail, showers, and shaves...Then
he turns on the TV.
The screen shows his room. There must be a camera somewhere
in the room. The “eye” begins an evil cat and mouse game. It
presents van Boys with a mirror, which lets him look into
the uttermost depths of his soul...
Nick Sentenza was born in 1978
in Waiblingen, near Stuttgart. In 2001-2002, he organized
the Stuttgarter Filmwinter 2002 (International
Shortfilmfestival). Since 2002 he works in different
departments in film production (electrician, assistent
director, grip). Since 2001 he is the writer and director of
shortfilms and writer of some feature films. Since 2003,
coaching actors/actresses in camera acting. In 2005 he
founded the Production Company Neue Filme GbR and in 2007 he
realized his first feature film Background.
